Q: What are my payment options? A: You have the option to pay with cash, credit/debit card, or check. Please note any returned checks will be subject to an additional $30 charge. Bookings are first come, first served and require a deposit to secure event date.
Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy? A: : **Weather Guarantee: A full refund (including deposit) will be issued if your event is cancelled prior to equipment set-up due to inclement weather. This determination will be made on the day of the event since weather patterns are unpredictable and change frequently. If we arrive to set up the equipment and there is an event cancellation without notice, other than weather related, the full amount will be billable and due. A cancellation notice (other than inclement weather) occurring less than 7 days from event will forgo deposit. If the weather looks threatening during setup or after the movie has started (rain, looming thunder clouds, dangerous winds capable of damaging equipment) we reserve the right to protect our equipment (which may include pausing production (up to 2 hours) until suitable weather conditions exist or ceasing production if unsafe to resume). If inclement weather prevents the complete screening of the film, where less than 50% of the film has been presented, we will guarantee one make-up event (subject to availability) within 6 months of original event date (Delivery fee not included & no refund on initial payment). We reserve the right to cancel scheduled event should the event location present potential hazards, unsafe conditions (rain chances 50%+ or wind >15mph) or restrict the proper set-up of leased equipment within Outside Movie, LLC and manufacturer guidelines, state regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
